In most cases, insurance companies won’t pay for the tow directly unless the vehicle is being stored at our location. We do however provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement depending on coverage.
How long it takes for one of our drivers to reach you depends on a number of factors including traffic, the number of other customers being helped at that time, and your distance from our drivers. However, we always do our best to be as quick and as safe as possible. It typically takes us less than an hour to arrive, but we will remain in constant communication with you, so you always know what’s going on and when we will be there.

We do charge mileage however it is all calculated upfront and totaled up in the estimate we provide before the tow so there are no hidden fees.
